I have also created a on-demand library of over 70 yoga classes in our members area.
It is customary in yogic and Buddhist traditions to support teachers through the practice of Dana, or the spiritual act of giving from the heart for teachings that you value.
Suggested donation for live classes is a sliding scale of $5 - $18. Your donations support the cost of holding the classes. Once that cost is covered 10% will go to a local charity.

This gentle yet effective class is designed to keep you moving and thriving. We use yoga therapy to encourage range of motion while building strength & balance. Mindfulness & meditation practices round out this holistic wellness practice.
Restorative Yoga welcomes all levels of ability with a focus on foundation. Invigorating poses as well as calming restorative poses are taught with a wonderful mix of gentle, therapeutic and restorative yoga. We use yoga props to gently increase range of motion, strength, and balance, increase flexibility in the joints and simplify the yoga movements so the healthful, calming, restorative benefits of yoga are accessible to everyone. This class is beneficial to decompress
Yoga Flow is a mindful practice of connecting the poses and using our breath for a transformative and balancing effect. Classes build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. Yoga Flow has a lot of downward dog in it.
Most think chair yoga is for those not ready for regular yoga class and it is! But it is also for those of you with either body imbalances or recovering from injuries.
