This Monday at noon in celebration of global yoga therapy day. I will be teaching a Free master class on using sound to relax the nervous system. This means we will practice using our voice to tone the Vegas nerve. This will be a 30 minute class.
Cindy has been challenged with breathing. she lost 20% of her lung capacity. She is now 51 years old and has regained all of her lung capacity. She has helped many other people regain their lung capacity as well. In this training she will share in detail the tools and techniques that she has used in order to do that.
If you are really tight, have been told you need yoga or have a interest in learning yoga. This is the class for you. Designed for people who are truly yoga beginners. Learn from the comfort of your own home.
Have Cindy guide you step-by-step. Classes are very small so everyone gets the personal attention they need. This six week series will transform your relationship with you. There will be lots of options for modifications. Some of the topics we will cover include the physical poses, meditation, breathing exercises, the eight limbs of yoga, and more.
