Yoga therapy with Cindy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga, Energy Healing and Cindy’s intuition.
I will assess and craft an individualized yoga therapy and energy healing practice for you which may include:
Breath practices
Meditation and/or relaxation
Philosophy
Lifestyle advice
And physical movement
Yoga therapy not only improves your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. Take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity
