Suitable for all levels, this class is ideal for those new to yoga, managing body imbalances, or recovering from injury.

This practice focuses on gently releasing lymphatic swelling through mindful movement and yoga therapy.
This practice has supported me not only in surviving, but in truly thriving — and it’s offered with that same intention for you.
You need a Mini Trampoline / Rebounder.
Saturday’s

Move through grounding yet invigorating sequences that cultivate presence and ease, with each inhale opening space and each exhale releasing tension.
Rooted in yoga therapy, this class integrates mindful alignment and therapeutic movement—featuring plenty of Downward Dogs to build strength, stability, and flow.

First & Third Saturday’s

Restorative Yoga welcomes all levels and focuses on building a strong, supportive foundation.
This gentle practice blends therapeutic movement with calming, restorative poses to create balance and ease throughout the body.
A perfect class to unwind, release tension, and decompress—leaving the body refreshed and the mind at peace.
This class happens on the first and third Saturday of the month
Wednesday’s at 6:45am

We will work with the physical and energetic body. Stengthing the brains, lungs, and energy body.
All levels are invited to participate
It is customary in yogic and Buddhist traditions to support teachers through the practice of Dana, or the spiritual act of giving from the heart for teachings that you value.
Suggested donation for live classes is a sliding scale of $10 - $25. Your donations support the cost of holding the classes.
Once that cost is covered 10% will go to a local charity.
