I will assess and craft an individualized yoga therapy practice for you which may include:

Meditation and/or relaxation

Lifestyle advice
And physical movement
Yoga therapy not only improves your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. Take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity
