Vinyasa Flow

Saturday 8:00am-9:15. Pacific time


Vinyasa Flow is a practice where postures or asanas are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect. Classes build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength.

In this class you need to be comfortable in downward dog.

Chair Yoga

Tuesday’s   10:30am - 11:30am. 

Pacific time



This class is designed for people who have a hard time getting up and down off the floor. We will move through very gentle class. We will focus on relaxing the breath and finding balance.

Yoga with Cindy

This gentle yet effective class is designed specifically to keep you moving and thriving. I use a diverse yoga therapy to encourage range of motion while building strength & balance. Mindfulness & meditation practices round out this holistic wellness practice.

Gentle & Restorative Yoga.

Saturday 9:30am-10:45. Pacific time


Restorative Yoga welcomes all levels of ability with a focus on foundation. Invigorating poses as well as calming restorative poses are taught with a wonderful mix of gentle, therapeutic and restorative yoga. We use yoga props to gently increase range of motion, strength, and balance, increase flexibility in the joints and simplify the yoga movements so the healthful, calming, restorative benefits of yoga are accessible to everyone. This class is beneficial to decompress after a full day. Please have 2 block or books and a blanket.

Ball Strength and Conditioning Yoga

Wednesday 9:00am-10:00 Pacific time


this gentle yet effective class is designed to keep you moving and thriving. We use yoga therapy to encourage range of motion while building strength & balance. Mindfulness & meditation practices round out this holistic wellness practice. You need a ball, resistance bands and blocks.

Live Classes are Donation-based

Giving back

It is customary in yogic and Buddhist traditions to support teachers through the practice of Dana, or the spiritual act of giving from the heart for teachings that you value. 

Suggested donation for live classes is a sliding scale of  $10 - $25. Your donations support the cost of holding the classes. 


Once that cost is covered 10% will go to a local charity.
